What would you buy? What brand?
Thanks in advance.

Get the 100qt. The 80qts get a little crowded if you have corn and potatoes in there with a sack of crawfish.

I think I'll go 100qt.
Do I need to go stainless?
Or is Bayou Classic aluminum good enough?

I have the 80 and it works. Wish I had the 100 just for the extra room.

has anyone used one of those? I like it and wonder how much it costs. I'm guessing $500+ with all the stainless steel and labor involved

Get the 50 lb model with the steamer basket also. I think my was around $900.00 when I got it. Nothing else compares to that set-up.
