I love butcher. Imho, the best muff in town. The gambino is stupid good. That $5 chocolate toffee brownie at the counter is worth the $ The smoked bologna is insane good

They'll have some stiff competition with Butchertown Hall, Husk, and now Butcher & Bee opening in East Nashville.

As I recall, the folks from Jim n Nicks bought nationwide franchise rights to Butcher.
But not sure if Nashville is in deal or of deal still in place.
