Has anyone done the Coquette No Menu Tuesday for $45? Any good? I'm going tonight, so was just curious. I'm glad there's no menu because every time I go, I can't not get the duck.

It's not a sushi restaurant.
On Tuesdays they've been doing and experimental tasting menu. No orders. No menu. They just bring it.

Either the Chef can select the most prized ingredients and soar with their artistic creations, or they can sniff around the fridge to find out what might not be so fresh on Wednesday and make something of that. I haven't been to Coquette, but from what I hear it's the former.
No orders. No menu. They just bring it.
Would love to hear feedback on the meal.

Coquette is such a great restaurant, but when they do these special Tuesday night things or midnight services, they really shine.
And to me their dessert chef, Zak Miller, is probably the best in town. Certainly for more modern desserts. For classic desserts, it was Rhonda Ruckmann with the Link Restaurant Group. Although I just had some fantastic desserts at Herbsaint today.

Then why isn't Square Root a fan favorite? This is Chef Lopez's permanent format.

Enjoy! I haven't been to the Tuesday dinner, but have herad good things.
I really want to try their pop-up at Barrel Proof. Coquette is definitely top 3 in town. IMO

Agree 100% and I am not a dessert guy. Does not get enough recognition.

For me because it's an expensive Ko knockoff and I greatly prefer Michael Stoltzfus to Lopez.

The pics he's posted from the Tuesday night offerings from week's past has me really excited. I'll definitely post a review and pics tomorrow!
