Do any of you do much cooking with Miso paste? Bought some for a Pho I recently made. Trying to find ways to use the remaining.

Made some Miso Bolognese tonight that was outstanding. Still have a ton of paste left.

Obviously Miso soup

I make a miso glaze for seafood...3 tbsp.miso,1 tbsp honey , 1 tbsp soy, 1 tbsp ginger, 1/2 lemon juice and 1 tsp sesame oil. I use it on salmon mostly but it works on most any fish. It would probably be good on chicken too.

This combo is also outstanding on quartered and roasted cabbage. And roasted sweet potatoes. And in chocolate chip cookies.

I love brown butter and miso

A little miso in rice and gravy really rounds out the umami flavor. Super sneaky addition that just works well.

Miso braised short ribs. Fantastic

Soften some unsalted butter and mix it then put on top of steak. Simple and fantastic.
