It’s indisputable

What other foods that are baked are better cold than hot?

Your cheap franchise pizza, sure...it really doesn't matter too much. Actual tavern, brick oven, or NY style...absolutely not.

I'm notoriously lazy, but I prefer to heat up pizza in the microwave. Brings out the flavor IMO

My wife says the same goofy shite but I have to strongly disagree

Now I will give you that leftover cold pizza is better than a lot of other leftovers if you eat them cold. But it's not better than hot pizza.

Crème brûlée

And left over pizza should be reheated in the air fryer.

Cold pizza is better than re-heated hot pizza, yes. It is nowhere near as good as fresh hot pizza.

Probably weird, but I love enchiladas and pastalaya the next day cold.

My brother, air fryers and bidets elevate standard of living to the way life was meant to be lived. I have seen some folks re-heat their pizza in a pan with a little bit of water and that does intrigue me. The ease of use regarding the air fryer though puts it at the pinnacle of next day pizza re-heaters.

Hot fresh pizza is the best, but once it is leftovers I prefer it cold vs reheated.
