CiCis will always be the GOAT buffet place. Been quite sometime since I've been there though I try to stay away from buffets usually

I dine out with friends once a month. Sometimes we choose odd and cheap places. One chose CiCi's. The food was survivable (how bad can pizza really be) but the crowd was something else.

The last time I went a MS casino buffet they sat a lady next to us that was as large as a Smart Car. She could varley walk so she loaded down multiple plates on her trip to the buffet and casino staff carried said plates back to the table. She proceeded to wipe down her chin and neck like a boxer between rounds.

The location by the Albertson’s in Lafayette wasn’t too shabby. My college teammates and I would load up on that $2.99 buffet and water for lunch, but made damn sure we took a shite before afternoon workouts.

Cici's was awesome back in the 90s and early 2000s. Used to really enjoy going to the one on Chateau in Kenner with high school football buddies.

Their pizza was fine for what it was. Cheap arse pizza. College age me definitely hit it up on occasion to save money and fill up for a day.
I know there are Karen's out there who don't go to places like buffets out of health and sanitary concerns.
But I feel like there are as many people like myself who don't go out anymore because they don't want the hassle of the mask dog and pony show nor do I want to spend the money.
Cicis isn't any worse than a Little Ceasars $5 pizza. They are what they are.
