Not sure. Omi and Lee's Asian Fusion are both take-out only. 9 Dragon noodle is a distant #3 IMO, and not sure if they are dine in yet.

Not chinese but Thai Kitchen is very good and has a lot of indoor seating and is open, went there for lunch last week.

I've only been 3 times but my wife and I ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi to split. The food was good but I was more.impressed with the packaging and how everything was seperated.
