your wariness Is understandable but the lasagna was actually pretty good. Each bite delivered a different cheese taste

I had python steak one time. It was delicious, but also something like $90/lb.

I wonder how many would be impressed with a cabbage steak. Ham steak?

No8, please clarify. By steak, are you saying only beef steak?

Sure thing my man,
cut.up all ya favorite cheeses (went with queso fresco, port salut, danish fontina, gouda and cream cheese) add peppers, onions, minced garlic and tomato’s and add the cooked beef

Throw it on the grill @225* ( I smoked it with apple and lil bit hickory chips) for about 2 hrs

Now the tricky part, don’t eat it all!
Save some in the fridge overnight to cool

I used an ice cream scoop to make small bite sized balls then just batter up
I used bisquick with a touch of cayenne and black pepper

Deep fry for about 3-5 minutes @350, everything is already cooked so just really reheating

This it

Not a stupid question because I had to dig to find out how I originally did it.

Slice a head of cabbage into thick ‘steaks’ and then splash olive oil on both sides. Put into the oven at 425, 20 min on each side. I left one in the oven after I turned it off, and it really caramelized and was even better than the one in the picture. Season and top with butter.
