The Milkfish pop up was after Smokehouse closed.

It wasn't bbq though other than the prime rib being smoked. Good stuff. Had a really good gumbo.
right before Christmas 2015.

I miss understood you. I thought you were saying it was the first pop up.

Too bad Milkfish couldn't make it in that location.

I know it was Blue Oak, LOL. We went there to watch music and I would go grab some Q while there.

What do I have to buy to get the burnt ends plate at Blue Oak?

The girl at the register was dumbfounded when I asked for burnt ends just now.

Pretty strong wings. Prefer the rooster sauce but these are legit. He should be called Chef Midas because everything that he touches turns to gold.

You can only get them on the sampler, some say you can get them by the pound.

Any hourly cook at a sports bar can toss Sysco wings in Buffalo sauce. Chef Midas is above that.

I asked for you and Rob came out. Maybe there was some miscommunication.

Those wings don't look very good at all.

I'm sure they don't touch the GOAT (especially without that inferno sauce ) , but 50 cent wings are tough to beat. Only cheaper wings than that is when Whole Foods runs the special randomly on weekends with a 25 wing bucket for $10.
