What are your favorite casual, non-chain, restaurants in New Orleans/Bucktown/Metairie, primarily those serving a good bit of seafood?

Mine is New Orleans Food & Spirits. I eat a lot of their onion rings and drink a lot of their beers.

Glass' list is solid.

Would love to throw Bruning's on there. RIP

Cochon doesn't serve predominately seafood. The exact opposite in fact.

In that case, Mandinas

I love Mandina's, but they are threatening to cross the 'casual' line. It was getting pretty uppity last lunch I was there.

It is not Galatoire's or Clancy's. Pretty tame on the snob factor.
