Anchovies are a classic pizza topping. The problem is the ones we use here are canned crap. I still enjoy them on pizza though but if you had some really fresh anchovies from Italy on a pizza it would change your mind.

I can agree with pickles being a step too far, but everything else on your list is fine by me.
I’d add most seafood....crabmeat, shrimp, etc. aside from clams.

Anchovies and olives are an amazing combination. If you haven't ever had anchovy stuffed olives you are missing out bigly. An anchovy and olive pizza would be the bomb.
