Can someone confirm the bathroom situation at patio open restaurants?

I have someone refusing to go because she claims you can’t use the bathroom at open restaurants. Can anyone confirm or deny?
I said there’s no way you can’t NOT have a bathroom for people to use.

I saw two places this weekend that were letting people go inside to use the restroom.

The one I went to you could go in for the bathroom. Probably the cleanest that bathroom has ever been

Call wherever you're going first to get an easy answer.
I saw one restaurant say one person at a time could enter the restaurant to use the facilities.

Went to Los Reyes on Friday and bathrooms open for use with no issues.

Get the food to-go and go eat at a park or something. These places are all serving to food in go-containers. Not sure why you have to eat on premises that badly...

Not supposed to let anyone inside to use bathrooms according to this stupid shutdown..... Nobody is following it though so most places will let you use bathroom.

Well the point was to also drink and hang out with friends.
We ended up going to Mi Padres & the bathrooms were open for guests. It was nice and not having table service really wasn’t an issue at all.

a few days late but, both places we went to over the weekend had restrooms available. just had to go one at a time.
