They may, but I know for certain Costco doesn't stock it. Hell, they don't even stock freezer paper.

Go on-line and see if a WalMart near you carries it. I see it on their site and a 40 lb., 1000 ft. roll is just under $40.
ETA: They do carry smaller rolls and also that pink stuff another poster mentioned after this post.

I ordered a big pink roll from Amazon. It came in quickly. Works very well.

Same here.
Walmart, Dicks Sporting Goods and Home Depot all “carry” it, but at least here in the Houston area, I would have had to ordered it shipped from their website. None of their stores stocked it.
So my wife ordered me some on Amazon that showed up at my door in 48 hours, free shippings. Worked great for my brisket.

I ordered one of these couple years ago...still have over half left. Good stuff works great with briskets and butts.

I’ve got a 1000’ roll from Sam’s club I’ve been working on for a few years. Great for throwing down on the counter to season meat and shite without getting stuff dirty. Just make sure you get unwaxed if you plan on cooking with it.
