Business Lunch Spot in NOLA?

I've got a business lunch, kind of a casual job interview, scheduled for next Friday in NOLA. CEO is flying in and told me to pick a spot.
I'm thinking something in the downtown or CBD. First instinct was Cochon, but I'm thinking that might be too loud and the tables are a bit cramped.
Thoughts?
ETA: I'd add, they're paying and should be something upscale, budget doesn't matter. Could be seen as a test for when I take out clients so it should show good taste.

Domenica, Herbsaint, Peche, Emeril's (if a Friday), Bayona would all be good choices.

Buffet at rics.
Herbsaint would be nice I think.

I'm a fan of Cochon's for people from out of town. They are expecting something different.
All the other places suggested are also really good. I've yet to eat at peche, but it seems to be as crowded or loud as Cochon or Emerils. Herbsaint is the safest bet out of those listed. I don't get Dominica outside of the happy hour pricing.

Herb is a really good choice. I also think Luke would be a solid choice. Huge place where you could ask for some space for privacy.

August for business lunch. Only on Friday. Doris Metro is another good business lunch.

I think the best spot would be Compere Lapin.

Best mix of interesting fare, architectural, location...really I don't think he would have ever heard about it and it may show well for you. Can you go once before he comes in to familiarize yourself with the menu and staff?
They serve murder point oysters when they can get them, they're insanely good.

Bon Ton.
If it's Friday, most the Federal Judges will be there. Really off the radar for a lot of folks though. Good call.

It's a solid place for a business lunch, very few tourists and you won't find the annoying trendy crowd that seems to infest so many other places these days.
