Benchmark is the answer. I actually aged Benchmark in a 1 liter oak barrel for 6 months, and the results were quite good.

Solid cheap Canadian whiskey, especially when mixing with Coke.
Kentucky Tavern is a decent cheap bourbon.
I classify cheap as the plastic handles of alcohol for $9.99-$12.99 or when you can buy a pint for $2.99. Basically what drunk bums buy.

When I was a little kid, I always wanted to get drunk on Old Crow when I became a grown-up because The Three Stooges would pound the hell out of some Old Crow.

Pay a kid $9.99 to B-n-E The Piggly Wiggly on the westbank and steal all the pappies for you to drink. Tell everyone its benchmark 8. Profit...

Ancient Age and Benchmark are the cheapest I'll drink. Wait, I will mix Old Crow as well. AA is my favorite of the three.

It's amazing how many people missed the joke here. Well played, sir!

Do you have a Costco around you?
The Kirkland's brand liquors are very good for the price.

Do I have to buy a membership?

You do. It's $60/year, so at 12 months that's $5/month. I see online the bourbon costs $19.99, so if you drink 1/week that spreads out the cost to be $1.25 extra per bottle putting you at $21.24 per bottle.
Didn't you ask for less than $9.99

Evan Williams is the least expensive bourbon I could drink without mixing.
