We'd just stop at Don's or Best Stop on the way back to Houston. Maybe Hebert's has some?

Herbert's. I've also seen it at some grocery stores as well.

Hebert's carried frozen Richard's boudin, I guess if you really needed it that would do

Yea, that's why we'd buy some every time we came back to Houston. They have Richard's in the grocery store too.

Just a wild stretch, but would they possibly make it at Central Market?

There's a meat market in Taylor Lake Village (Clear Lake area) that has had it. Bay Area Meats.

I don't know that place. I do know Abe's, do they sell it?

I doubt it, I've threw around the idea of opening a true cajun meat market in the Houston area....Like a Don's in the middle of town

Seems like a pretty fail proof idea with all the LA folks living in Houston nowadays.

you might give this a try

I think Pete's Fine meats on Richmond carries Poche's frozen.

There is also a small grocery store on Almeda called Pyburns
LINK

also looks like there is another place that looks to be located in a war zone

I'd be worried people would just assume it sucks since it's in Houston like I probably would

Good point. Word of mouth would build it up though.
