The fact no one except one dude from Rayville has chimed with an answer should tell you something.

I chimed in with the best place in Monroe for boudin. You chimed in some dumb Tbob post with no meaning.

Mr. Balls’ answer was the correct answer. Cormier’s boudin is better now than years past, also.

Randall's does a lot of things right. Boudin isn't one of them.

Well, there's not many places outside of a 30 mile radius of Lafayette that do boudin "right". And that's certainly the case in Monroe. Randall's boudin is ok. Their balls and pepper Jack balls are good hot out the grease. Plus they have a pretty good variety of boudin and sausage in their freezer case (Verons, Rabideauxs, etc). I can't really think of another place to recommend boudin from in Monroe outside of Cormiers. Which according to Otis is better than it used to be. So that's good.

As a fellow Rayville person, I noticed that they’re selling frozen Veron’s at Robinsons meat market now.

I haven’t been there in years, but would Chauvin’s (between pargoud and river oaks) have anything worth checking out?

Bad Wolf food trucks brisket pepperjack boudin is one of the best boudin I’ve eaten. But past couple of times I’ve gone they haven’t had it.
There’s a place in the south side of Monroe that supposedly has good boudin. Haven’t had it myself but have heard great things. I can’t remember the name but will edit when I find out
