Just saw this weeks ad and twin packs are selling for $1.17 a lb. with a limit of 2 twin packs per customer---------per visit.

Cheapest I've seen in the N.O. area in a while. I'll get a couple to trim and make sausages out of them.

Albertsons had them .99/lb 2-3 weeks ago. No coupon needed or anything

I wanted to stock up to make boudin when my son comes home for Thanksgiving, but my outside freezer went out last month.

The problem with that is the closest Albertson's is in Hammond-----50 or so miles from my house.

Rouses used to have them at .49/lb a year or so ago.

That may explain why the Rouses in Mandeville only had one sorry looking butt this weekend. I had to get one from Sam's instead.
