Try this. It's easy.

Pork chops bake well because they are uniform in thickness. Pull them at 145F internal temp in the center.

They also smother down really well for rice and gravy.

ETA you said boneless which is probably sliced pork loin. They probably don't have enough fat to smother down tender.

Sous vide for an hour to hour and a half with your seasonings of choice at 140°. Quick sear on each side and you have perfect boneless pork chops.

Shouldn't you provide a trigger warning for Toof?

I don't really like them either, but they were dirt cheap a while back and we threw some in the freezer for days like today when you need to clean out the freezer. When I made some, this marinade was so damn good that I actually loved them.

Nah. I did have him in mind though. He's been really sensitive lately.

I like to grab a pack of them when they’re marked down cheaper than cheap (which is like every other day) and grill up the entire pack. Nothing special, then I put em in the fridge.

Cold out of the fridge with some bbq is a pretty dang good snack.

Loin chops or assorted? If it’s loin, my favorite is a wet brine with brown sugar, salt, garlic, rosemary, and fennel seed. Assorted chop I like smothered fried chops where you batter and fry the pork chop and finish in a onion, bell pepper gravy.

The easiest and one of the best ways to eat a loin chop is to season with Tony’s and then pan sear them well on both sides and then toss in a knob of butter and the juice of half a lemon over them.

Super easy. It takes like 10 minutes start to finish. The macaroni and cheese that I would make with it takes longer to make.

LET'S marinade suggestion is what I do, or some variation of it. That link tells you how to modify the marinade to be more Asian, Mexican, etc.

Just marinate it and don't overcook the damn thing. I prefer to grill it, with or without smoke.
