Why steak? They wouldn’t enjoy an intimate (even if noisy) meal at DeJulios? How about a meal at Ruffinos? Never had steak there but I’ve no reason to think it would be bad.

Ok. Then go to Ruth’s. Or Fleming’s. Or Sullivan’s. But if they’re looking for a local steakhouse experience, I don’t think BR is the proper place to do it.
