There's a lot of variance between thin crust and deep dish....

Fleur de Lis. Not deep dish, but best in BR.

Does BJs even put sauce on their pizzas? Last time I went it was just diced stewed tomatoes. Red Zeppelin is best in BR, but it’s not deep dish.

I hate to say it, but the best deep dish in BR is Dominos. Go to That’s Amore in Metairie — they’re legit.

I'm guessing most haven't had roccas yet. I haven't but pretty sure they are the best from everything I read. Red zeppelins is good also three blocks away.

I vote Fleur de Lis. But, I have not lived in BR in 21 years, so things likely changed.

No, they still put toppings on warm cardboard. Truly an institution!

Well, I mean change in the market, not their habits!

His post says he hates thin crust. Rocca is Neapolitan style. But you're right - it is so good.
