Uchi is incredible. One of the best meals I’ve had as well.

Had a lot of great meals, but my best was likely at Grace right before it received its 3rd Michelin star (just weeks). You could tell that the kitchen wanted it - everything was absolutely unbelievable, from the service, to the food. Sad it closed down.
As far as experiences go, I’d select Verjus in Paris, where I went with my wife. We went as soon as we flew in, and there was something surreal about sitting in a French restaurant with a wine flight and multi course dinner after slaving away at work the day before. Fantastic restaurant, too.

Commanders Palace at the kitchen table. 8 or nine course followed by one of every dessert they have.

Marmalade in San Juan, PR has to be up there as best meal of my life. Pricey but an experience unlike any others, and I've eaten at star restaurants around Europe. For their star dish to be a white bean soup is amazing. It's a whole new level of good.

I was about 16 and my chef relative made a braised duck, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, glazed carrots, and homemade rolls for Easter. Ill never forget that meal. It changed my thought process on cooking food from that day on. It gave me respect for the kitchen.

It's a tie for me between:
The tasting menu at McCrady's in Charleston. Really cool experience and the food was damn good. Sean Brock was even there that evening.
and
Little family run place in a small village SE of Rome. Mom and dad cooked the food, kids served. They lived above the restaurant. Most amazing Italian food (or food in general) I've eaten in my life.

Those types of places are the best.

I love this question.
I think a lot of it has to depend on the context. Some of the greatest meals of my life involved a bologna sandwich, a shade tree, and ice cold water or tea eaten under a shade trade after digging ditches all morning. I would punch everyone one of yall in the face for a homegrown Cherokee tomato sandwich with bacon, mayo, and fresh ground pepper.
