Akira is a great Hibachi .There tables are nice.

Yeah. Akira is killer. It's more flavorful than Shogun, and there's more room at the tables. My main gripe is that their chairs sit super low, so it's a bit of a pain to eat. I also prefer their sushi as well, although last time we went the food was all ok. They are now doing their all you can eat at nights, and I think they have overextended themselves with it. Their AYCE is anything on the menu, so they are hopping for it. Cooked food was sub par, which tells me they are cutting some serious corners to keep up.

Taste of Tokyo in River Ridge just reopened their hibachi since the covid began. It is by reservation only. We went the other night and it was fantastic.

Sake sushi and hibachi off Williams in Kenner is really good. A whole in the wall place but good hibachi
