[quoteI'd be happy if they just browned the side facing up, since no one wants to sit next to the guy with raw meat on his plate.

If available, bone-in ribeye or bone-in filet.
Potatoes Au Gratin are the best I have ever had, followed closely by The Cub in Shreveport.

Chop salad and creamed spinach. Both are good enough to eat for dessert.

it's all good to me but i usually go with the calamari ap, tuna ap, wedge salad, med rare ribeye au poivre style, sweet potato casserole, and no room for dessert. damn i'm hungry now.

Filet
Either Creamed Spinach or Broiled Tomatoes
Caramelized Banana Pie for dessert...I'm a bread pudding snob and Ruth's BP is like a hunk of bread with rum poured on it. I still make the best bread pudding I've ever tried and it has the right flavor and consistency.

If I go 10 times, I get the filet 4 and the strip 6. Potatoes au gratin and asparagus are my two favorite sides.

Porterhouse for two was phenomenal last time I went

There is no such thing like a porterhouse for two. When I have my game face on at a restaurant, I can put down serious quantities of beast.
