What are the little birds names and what bank specifically are you refering to? What kind of hard time? Late payments on a credit line? Foreclosure on property? Is he banging Michela as well? Or is he gay? Be specific.

The guy quitting was not an expected event if I recall. It happend pretty fast. I do not know of many restaurants that change their chef and have no drop off for a while. Even Commander's has had this issue.

it was sudden an unexpected. Besh dropped what he was doing and went to personally fix the problems. I don't see the problem here. I think this speaks very well of how besh manages his operations. That's the definition of hands on.

My point is VERY few people have not seen at least a temporary drop in some of their operations when they they focus heavily on TV after years of focusing primarily on their operations. As the other poster mentioned already he thought August dipped a bit when he was trying out for Top Chef or Iron Chef. Flay's Mesa grill dipped BADLY, Bourdain's Les Halle dipped, etc. Just don't see why it's crazy at all to think Besh's places will do the same, esp considering his recent explosive expansion (explosive at least in his tier).
