Been going lately to the smokehouse side and just getting the smoked boneless skinless thighs and the hot wings for lunch. So good. Saw Moonie in there the the other day and he said he bought back the restaurant side. Might have to venture back over there if that's the case. So good,

I always stop and get a couple boneless thighs and link of smoked boudin. Those thighs are the bomb.

Went for lunch today. Probably go once a week. They have some good stuff. The plate lunches or burgers are always good. Smokehouse side has some good stuff as well like the OP mentioned.

I loved their smoked boudin and their smoked sausage. I went for their Saturday BBQ buffet recently and it was pretty good.

I avoid the restaurant side unless its rib day because the meat market side is just so freaking good. Smoked boudin, pistollettes, chicken thighs, chicken wings, tasso, it's all good. I also like to take home their chicken patties.

Yes, they have regular smoked and hot smoked wings. They also sell whole smoked chickens and smoked racks of ribs you can bring home to finish cooking. Amazing.
