Have you never been to a stadium that sold beer? Its possible to have multiple types of beer at multiple price points. Smh.

No, educate me.

And then all you nerds will complain they didn't give you a correct pour on your triple hop dry malted double IPA or whatever you doofuses drink.

The economics just aren't going to support having more than maybe one popular craft beer.

Its so funny when someone gets mad about what other people drink.

I don't care what you drink, but that doesn't change the fact that it doesn't make sense to carry more than maybe one craft beer option in Tiger Stadium.

Every professional sports event I’ve been to in the last few years would say otherwise.

There is no way they don’t run out the first few games. This is new territory and predicting sales is a crap shoot.

I’d say around 30 recent of people will be buying beers and you will sell anywhere from 1 to 5 per person. So averaging 3 beers per person drinking they would need to stock TS with around 75k beers.

I could be way underestimating the volume that would be consumed.

What’s y’all think?

I think you're overestimating

If I go to any games, I'll still bring in my bottle of liquor. I'm not paying $10 to go drink some beer in the heat not in my seats

I'll say 10%

That guy is one of the last people I would defend on here, but that's not what is going on.

Here’s what is going on. Some of you jacklegs assume that just because a segment ask “where are the local options”, that we want double IPAs and stouts.

All many of us are saying is it would be downright stupid and an embarrassment for Tiger Stadium not to have a local craft option (which one wasn’t on that initial list sent out), even if just something simple and light drinking like Bayou Bengal Lager from Tin Roof down the road.

Alex Box has local craft options. All the college venues at UL-Lafayette have at least one Bayou Teche and one Parish option. Minute Maid Park has St Arnold. Superdome has Abita.

Why would it be complicated or “pinky out” for Tiger Stadium to have one or two local taps as opposed to all options being from some European-owned company?

This is an interesting sticking point for you. Should those with Yamaha motors have the local beer choice too, or just those with Mercs? What about the Toyota vs GMCs?

In the "Additional Alcohol Sales Comments" I wrote in that "they should definitely increase the number of urinals in direct proportion to the number of beer stations."

I know I piss constantly when I drink beer, reckon most folks do as well. Can't afford to have a long line at the beer station and at the restrooms, I'll never get to watch a snap.

I wrote in that it's unlikely I'd pay $7 for the beers in the survey.

There's no way it doesnt become a cluster. They can't churn sodas and hot dogs without lines across the concourse, liquor seems like a logistical disaster.

People like AlxTgr don't do well with reasoning and things you have to think a little bit about.

They sell Parish and I believe Abita in the club sections. I don’t know why they wouldn’t offer it.
