Beef short ribs

I usually get the standard beef ribs but could only get short beef ribs.

What do you think, still put on the grill or make something like asian short ribs?

Short ribs are better. Smoke them

Smoke them like brisket or braise them in beef stock and red wine.

They're very good braised.

The pioneer woman has a good recipe.

Agreed that the Pioneer Woman has a good recipe. I actually made it this week and the results always turn out well.

Just don't get the short ribs from Rouse's...you get about 90% bone. I go to Robert's to get them..

Those look great but for a really good RECIEPE, Google , Silver pallet short rib.

I serve over Egg noodles. Very good dish for company, look for meaty ones from a meat market and I trim the thin fat layer off.

I could only imagine waiting a few days for short ribs to sous vide when they are so god damn delicious 10 other ways that may take a few hours

Just put them on the grill and pulled them at 200 IT
