Where can one buy beef bones for marrow like how you get at Toup's Meatery?

Kroger usually has them in a vacuum pack near the beef. Have been good every time I've used them

Iverstines or if you live on the south side you can get them at Alexander’s. There are a few guys that work the butcher counter, but there is one guy that will go out of his way to help. I think his name is James, only black dude that works the butcher area. Super nice guy and one of the reasons I consistently shop there and don’t give money to Rouses on a regular basis. Plus Rouses meat is terrible...

Really? In the frozen section I presume. Are they cheaper than at traditional places?

The butcher at most grocery stores can usually cut some for you. My dog loves them.

I just saw them in Kroger in Shreveport for the first time.

They were cut in round discs rather than split lengthwise. I had the long splits in a restaurant, which is the only time I've had them.

Not sure how those rounds will do for roasting.
