Starts a second thread. If this isn't the biggest attention whoring this board has had since your first melt, IDK what is.

I WAS interested in his BBQ if he ever came back to Louisiana, but now, I'll give my money elsewhere than to this clown if he ever returns.

Real talk... This guy appears to be a textbook case of bipolar disorder. I really hope that he can get out and get some appropriate professional help.

Or maybe he could be a chef that trying to be cool and help us out. Why don’t you trolls go to the OT board and leave this one for the food not the baby drama !

Better whole for sure. You want the biggest piece of meat you can or you may dry it out. WTH is wrong with Cosco?

Nothing. Costco is awesome for beef ribs, brisket, pork ribs, pork butt, and pork belly.

I buy sections of beef ribs from there all the time. Prime grade. They come in packs like this.

Toof - They keep the packages of beef ribs pictured above across from the steaks/brisket area at the end of the long open freezer isle where they sometimes have the Tomahawk Ribeyes

Or maybe it's a chef trying to troll a food board with terribly obvious alters.

Not quite on the pork belly. They sell it with the skin removed, so not ideal for making cracklin

Edit your post and take out the “kill yourself”. That’s over the line. For the rest, tell what you heard if you’re gonna mention it at all

I am only going to reply to food topics. The past is the past. I do have some fans out there that want to discuss food with me. I do have a lot to offer if given a chance. With 34 years cooking mostly in NOLA. More recipes than I know what to do with. Trolls please go elsewhere and leave this fat, unsuccessful, failure, social media clown, horrible boss, worst husband, dead beat dad alone personally and let's talk some GREAT food...Deal? Not seeking attention just a lil homesick BTW #doyouknowwhatitmeanstomissneworleans
