It's like a BLT, but I added avocado and instead of mayo, I used a little cottage cheese.
This thing was 1000x better then what I was expecting.
When I make another this evening, I'll grab a photo of it.

There was a Greek restaurant in Seattle that served a BLAT that I would eat once a week. Solid sandwich.

Eating healthier, so thats why I subbed the low fat cottage cheese for the mayo. Wasn't sure how it would come out. It as amazing!!!

Next time you make a grilled cheese sandwich, add some bacon and guac after the cheese has melted. Talk about good!
