Best way to cook coy is to throw it on a wood slab, bake it in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes. When its done, throw away the coy and eat the wood slab

Why not just leave the fish for the new homeowners? It may be something that should go along with the purchase of the house.

Yeah, they are edible, but so are bull nuts.. Its just a matter of whether or not you want to eat them..

Personally, I would not, if I had other options.
