I love blueberry muffins. When I was in school I worked in a store in a mall that was right next door to My Favorite Muffin. When I would go in on the weekend to open up I’d get a big blueberry muffin and coffee to start my day. Sometimes I’d get a banana nut muffin to change things up.

Have you ever had a cinnamon chip muffin? There used to be a grocery store called Big Bear, one of the early big chain grocery stores, and they made cinnamon chip muffins in their bakery. Those were to die for. They went out of business years ago. Recently Giant Eagle has started selling cinnamon chip muffins out of their bakery departments. They’re not quite as good as the ones from Big Bear but they’re still pretty darn good. I’m not big on the chocolate chip muffin, but cinnamon chip muffins rule.
