Anyone tried bubs burgers in New Orleans?

Bubs is good. I think I prefer Burger Nerds a tad more but they're very similar.

Yes. Both locations. It's a smash burger.
I still like Company Burger but they've gotten high. I'm shocked no one had a burger with boudin like Bookoo burger had. .
I saw Burger Nerds rebranded that used to be a decent place for a good but ugly Burger.

If you like that style burger, try Slap Burger in Marie’s dive bar in the Marigny. I think they do the best version of it in town.

I still like a good burger. That said I'd rather go to Beach Corner or Sammy's for their burger.
Glassman put me in the LPG burger and it's good, I just rarely get there. . Really with the price of burgers it's better to get a quality one.

Whatever happened to the burgers at Port of call? It’s been a long time since I’ve had one, but I remember them as being pretty good.

Also Burger Nerds just closed. The Maple street location was probably the most desolate dining experience I’ve ever encountered.

Yes, Bubs mid-city is legit. Never disappointed. Last time I was there Alvin Kamara was in the next booth w/a buddy. Dude looked ripped. Gave him a thumbs up when me and my family left and he smiled and nodded.

They opened one in Mandeville not too long ago.
Havent tried it.
But, the menu looks good. The food looks good from the pics as well.
Might have to give the location the ole gander.

Good to know. I've also been meaning to try out Kelly's but looks like they may have closed.

One in Mandeville is just as good as the one in Mid-City.
It's a very good burger overall. Kelly's was my favorite in Mandeville, but Bub's is close behind. I like that Bub's is close to my office and they are usually very fast at processing orders. Bub's has fantastic cheese fries as well. Staff is extremely friendly which is nice.

Beach Corner has a great burger, but don't pass on the Tuna Burger. It's a nice chunk of tuna grilled to your liking on the same bun as the hamburger.
I get the tuna just about every time I order from there while the wife gets the cheeseburger.

I had the cheese fries. They were good.
But, I dont think im going to order a double again.
Itwas 23.00 for a Double and cheese fries. W/0 A drink.
Im just going single burger next time.
They made them quick though.
