There might have been one off of college or Bennington.

I loved that restaurant. I used to eat in there a lot andI worked for a company that used to work on all their equipment. I got to know the staff very well. Apparently the managers hired based on looks mainly. I know SuperDave from this board managed there for a bit.

Oh shite, I had no idea it was that big of a deal. Especially for a chain. It came off as an Italian Apple Bees that was really good though

Thanks

Shrimp/chicken/crawfish Roban is still in the regular rotation at my house. Semolinas is pure nostalgia for me.

I was a big fan of that place back in the day. They had a ghost kitchen operating during COVID. We ordered one night but it wasn't the same. The fact that the delivery driver was holding the containers at a 45 degree angle didn't help

They were owned by the same company that owns Zea. The shrimp Breaux Bridge is essentially the same as the shrimp Roban and during Lent they have Crawfish Roban on the.menu.

My dad worked right by there and anytime I would have lunch with him as a kid, that’s where we’d go

I want to say the Coursey location became an Australian restaurant for a little while after it was a Semolina’s.

My friend Russ managed at the Bennington location, until he was hired away by Ruth’s.

I remember it, but not exactly where it was located. was it where the Walmart Neighborhood market is located now, close to the intersection with Sherwood? or was it further down?

Wasnt it at the corner of Coursey and Hickory Ridge or am I thinking of something else?

Coursey at Sherwood. On Coursey about 100 yards from Sherwood, sharing the same hallowed ground as Ryan’s.
