Anyone remember Boo Koo BBQ at Finn McCool's back in the day?

Going through some old pics saw one when I was at Finn's and forgot about the awesome bbq there. What the hell happened to those guys?

They had some twist on the Banh Mi that was excellent. Can't remember specifics, but it was always my go-to.

Cajun banh mi. Had boudin and pulled pork. It was delicious.
