50-50 mix of pork and chuck. Add finely chopped ginger, garlic and cilantro to the mix. Add some teriyaki and sriachia sauce if you want to get fancy.

Grill to your liking and serve on King's Hawaiian buns with a slice of grilled pineapple if you like.

eta: I downvoted myself too! He did say different.

I usually season my ground meat to taste with Tony's, garlic powder, a little onion powder, some black pepper, and worcestshire sauce (sp?). I mix in 2 or 3 eggs and some bread crumbs, I find this holds it together. Optional: mix in some chopped onion or green onions

I use Italian Bread crumbs, BBQ Sauce or A1, cheese crumbles, Ragin Blaze, steak and burger seasoning. I always use deer meat and and make my patties with a thumb print in one side to keep them from rising. Six minutes on one side and 4 minutes on the other only flipping once.

Try grinding your own meat to make your own blend, or just having your butcher do it. I like a blend of chuck, brisket, and short rib. Try diner style by making small, quarter pound (or less) patties, flattening them, using only salt and pepper. Put on a buttered griddle or cast iron pan. You'll start to see the edges wavering a bit, when that happens and you can slowly start to slip spatula under without burger sticking to bottom, flip it.
After turning over, put your cheese on top to melt. Put some butter on there and half your buns, toast each side in the butter. Simple is kickass.

This is the meatloaf burger Eddie Murphy made fun of in Raw.
