It’s your typical chain pizza place.

There's one on the corner by my house, so we order a decent amount.

I think it's better than the other big chains and they run a lot of specials.

It looks like that Hunts Brothers Pizza crap found at rural gas stations.

I like them better than Domino’s or Papa John’s, but it’s typical chain pizza delivery. I really like their thin crust.

There's one around my office in Houston that offers $7.99 lunch buffet. It's decent. On par with the other chain places.

If we order delivery from a chain Marcos is our go to. The pepperoni magnifico is pretty solid.

Not sure if you have one around but if we want fast food pizza, Mod Pizza is our go to. Think Subway setup with a wood fired pizza. They don't deliver but if you want quick pizza, you need to try it.

yep, this along with Blaze Pizza and the others are all really solid, given you have them load up on the toppings.

I don’t think it’s wood fired either. Typical chain pizza ovens with the conveyer belt.
that part of his post was talking about a different place called "Mod Pizza"

All the Marcos have the conveyor style chain pizza ovens.

It's very bad. It's mostly franchise owners. The way it works, is they come in big into a new region, try to overwhelm the competition, and then begin to fail miserably.

I’ve had it out of state. I liked it as a replacement for dominos or Pizza Hut. Chain pizza delivered. I know there’s one around Marerro. Anywhere else in BR/NO area?

There was one in Metairie on Vets near Transcontinental but it closed. I think lasted 3 years or so?

I think it's pretty terrible compared to the others.

I actually like it a lot more than Dominos.

I get the 5-Cheese Pizza and add Pepperoni. It's greasy and is probably slowly killing me but I'm sure something else will kill me first.

What I like most about Marco's is they use those small pepperonis that cup when they're cooked and all the pepperoni juice collects in the cup. That grease is delicious when you bit into a slice.

I think they call it Old World Pepperoni. They also have the regular sized pepperoni.

Yep - that's what they use on their pepperoni magnifico pizza I referenced in my earlier post. I think they may be uncured.
