I don't know a lot of restaurants that target rural highways as their prime location.
Papa Bucks. Exit 104 off I-16 in Metter, Georgia.

It is not so good or not so bad kind of BBQ.

There are plenty good restaurants in BFE. That wasn't my point.

Don't know what this is.
And I wasn't arguing a point. Just interjecting something in.

I hear you. Got. Damn. Now I want BBQ.

The only thing I get there is their Chipolte Shrimp Salad with ranch dressing.
Their ranch dressing is actually the best that I have ever had in my entire life.

My stereotype of a good BBQ place is one location, stuck in a shack on a rural highway. Debbie's in Hemphill, TX (I hope it's still there). Wayne's in Livingston, etc.. The zoning laws usually prevent live smoking going on if its in a populated ares. Voodoo's is the opposite, strip malls and dozens of locations. Although I do like Pimanyoli's, it's in a strip mall.
Just adds to the ambience, or lack of it.

This.
The pulled pork and brisket are decent. Corn pudding is probably the best thing they make.

It's pretty meh. I'd get the Carolina sandwich though. Super overpriced for what you get

I've only had the one on st charles, and it was ok, but I kinda felt like with all the restaurants in that area why did i pick that one.

I like the brisket and pulled pork. Its nothing fantastic but its not bad. Some of their sides are really good

They cater at work a lot and Im always amazed how low the BBQ expectations are in louisiana.
Try Big Mike's in Houma or The Joint in New Orleans
Voodoo = meh

I had it at a wedding rehearsal catered dinner. I thought it was good. I would eat again!
