I made griot a few weeks ago and it was terrific but I used the traditional pork in favor of the recent trend using felines.

I've had it, but never made it. I thought it was good when I got it in a restaurant.

For an average Haitian It’s typical Caribbean and somewhat bland. Rice, beans, plantains and a LOT of chicken. Mango trees are pretty abundant.

A lot of families have a goat or two out in the countryside and they are very prized, and more rarely on the menu.

Actually I was going to invite Marjorie Taylor Green so we could use the Jewish Space Lasers and Hannibal Lector will provide the Chianti and Fauva beans,

That's clearly fake and staged. You need to skin the cat first or the fur will smell like shite at 350 degrees.
