Anybody familiar with Eunice Superette?

A specialty meat store is opening in Natchitoches that is going to be carrying a lot of their products. Anybody know much about them? Looking forward to some decent boudin and meats in Natchitoches. We have nothing of the sort currently.

Their boudin is legit. Also, they sell deboned chickens stuffed with rice dressing, boudin, pasta, etc that are awesome.

If you get what the real Superette has, their boudin is one of the best. Easily the match of the best of the guys in and around Scott and Krotz Springs.
They are also a real deal slaughterhouse and meat packer in general, so they have all kinds of different meats, raw, seasoned, smoked, and prepared.
The Superette is no joke. I think you'll be pleased with what you find.

We use them for a very large fundraiser BBQ we put on once a year. They donate a truck for us to hold the preseasoned chicken halves we cook overnight so we can start the cooking before daylight. Last year we did almost 3k chicken halves all finished before noon. Their Boudin is my second favorite behind Best Stop smoked. Best Stop regular is 3rd behind Superette.
