Whole Foods has several different ones but they are easy to make.

The Palmetto Cheese brand from Costco is better than Whole Foods.

Elsie's has a pretty killer 3 cheese pimento, but I don't know if they sell it on its own. A phone call can't hurt.

Darla I always remove the wishbone on chicken and turkey before I cook. It makes carving a lot easier. Here’s Jacques Pepin deboning a chicken which is where I learned to do it and do it a lot. First move is chicken wing lollipops and second is removing wishbone.

My pimento cheese is pretty simple and lately I’ve used blocked American cheese and grate it. My mother always used rat cheese or hoop cheese. I will use different ones from time to time including gruyere and smoked Gouda. I like mine grated not a paste and I don’t care for it Sweet.
Grate 2 lbs cheese, drain and add one large or two small diced pimentos, salt, pepper, pinch of cayenne and mayonnaise.
Can add different peppers and nuts. Some use cream cheese I don’t.
If I buy store bought I do like the Palmetto.
Calvin’s daughter has a food truck too but I haven’t seen it lately.

The only pimento cheese I've had worth eating was home made.
