It's not, Trout bought the land

I may buy the land just to close the parking lot and watch some on this board whine like entitled snowflakes.

Can you elaborate?

Let me elaborate, I bought the land. 6&B isn't allowed on the property.

Sorry, you’ll have to get your shitty pizza elsewhere. If you’re lucky, your new counter worker will treat you like shite so you can feel right at home.

You mad, bro? Did the pizza place hurt you or something?

Nope and nope. shite pizza and shite service in a prime location. Glad they are gone, as now there is at least a chance that something better will replace them.

Is there anyway you could reopen a new version of fleur-de-lis where it’s mostly the same except:
1. There’s consistent hours
2. The staff aren’t douchebags
3. They accept credit cards
4. There’s a handful of beers on tap
5. They have a decent turnaround time on preparing to-go orders that can be taken over the phone and online.
I loved fleur-de-lis’s product, but it was such a pain in the arse dealing with the people who ran it to get it.

Pretty simple. New management and spend money updating the kitchen and the bar and you can fix all the issues you listed.

6. The cook's refrain from smoking cigarettes while cooking in the kitchen.
7. You bulldoze the place to the ground and open a new clean pizza place nothing like FDL.

It's functionally on the corner of Government and Jefferson. A million cars pass every day, and they have a large parking lot, which is a luxury in mid-city. The building is dogshit, but that's not what I'm talking about.
Or are you making a silly "you'll die if you step foot on Government after dark" argument?
