I just started drinking a glass of this daily and I really like the effects and the taste of it. I also like that it's one of the few things in life that i really like to ingest that is healthy for me and my gut. It's a little expensive but it is taking the place of my beer right now as I am losing weight.

What are the health benefits and how exactly do you feel better?

wife loves them and pours me a glass occsasionaly. its ok with enough other flavors that it gets rid of the 'headiness' of the kombucha.

My wife bought me bottles of some tart cherry kombucha because she thought it would be good for me. It tastes horrible.

So I just dump a bottle in the sink when she's not home and tell her thanks for looking out.

The health benefits are that the probiotics that are in the drink (the bottle says a billion) eat away at my gut which has helped me lose a few pounds. It's very filling and I don't want to eat a meal or snack after each serving of the drink.

Wife and I love the stuff. Have to read the labels though because some of it is packed with sugar.

Yup. There's a brand (Lenny Boy) that's local to the Carolinas that is very low in sugar. I don't like the high sugar ones. Too damn sweet. I like the tang from the fermentation.

Took one sip. It tasted nasty. No plans to try it again.

My wife does that mess, I call it her "stanky drank". I prefer natural cleanses from things like hot sauce and animal fats.

Nausea tends to do that.
