i understand where you are coming from .. i do .. but i think continuing to patronize his other location as a loyal customer and continuing to give TJ Ribs my money is an even bigger help ... he doesn't need me sitting in there mooching a free meal to tell someone in his kitchen "hey, some guy on tigerdroppings last night said he got cold ribs ... make sure all food leaving the kitchen is hot" ..

I haven't been to TJ Ribs in a few years, and I don't know who the poster Beauxnes is personally.
However, if I walked in there today and asked to see or speak to the owner, I would know it's him.
I don't know who you are other than the poster TigahRag, who may or may not have graduated from Catholic High BR a couple of years after me. I would have no idea where to find you, if I wanted to seek you out, though.
The distinction you're trying to draw here is silly. Your post clearly "called out" an individual that anyone who posts here even semi-regularly could easily identify as a real person, real quickly, even only knowing his fictional screen name.

it is pretty obvious tha the beef ribs are prepared in mass, refrigerated, and then reheated at the time of the order ... i have no problem with that .. just bother putting it in the microwave when you send it out is all i ask ..

Y.A. .. i do ... i guess whether you call a poster out or not by screen name on here that can be traced back to the person in business is true .. but anytime anyone criticizes any restaurant or really any business, whether or not a "call out" by screen name occurs, you are actually "calling the owner out" anyway, right ?

what three restaurants ? or at least the other two ..
businesses that sell for a "profit" isn't a sign of success either ... if someone sells someone else a bill of goods for more money than they put into it and that person goes under a few years later .. no .. that isn't a success .. or if you are dying on a vine .. sell your business to someone better than you as an owner at a profit and they take it and run with it .. that isn't your success ..

once again, what are the other two ? and no, starting and selling businesses after a few short years for a marginal profit because you can't hack it isn't your success .. sure, you may be a great chef .. but you may very well suck as a businessman .. very common in that industry .. so to thump your chest as a restaurant owner, when you jump in and out of it -- according to you -- like a day trader, is kind of silly ..

been there and I get that... I had a horrible experience at la caretta a few weeks back at the bluebonnet location. i emailed them to let them know it was going to be a long time before i return to that location. they asked for my address and I didnt send it. because i dont want to go again free or not. i was giving them a heads up so more people arent turned off.
