Something to do with a lawsuit between Pizza Hut and the local owner. Probably didn't pay corporate what he was supposed to, I guess.

An old friend that I grew up with owns the franchises west of here. Ten bucks he ends up with these. He's a smart feller.

They've been in litigation since Katrina and have basically rejected every offer made thus far. This guy is an idiot, honestly.

A few years back, I contacted this guy - he wanted no part of what I was selling and said he had everything under control.

Funny how things work out.

You should see the entourage/family he rolls with, its pretty ridic (I worked for the law firm handling the case a few summers ago).

yeah will .. he hasn't made FICA or social security/medicare deposits in months and is way behind on franchise/royalty fees ... this happened to ed buggs and his ex-wife years ago in eunice in the garment business ..
