Fair enough. I feel I must warn you of the fate of my last challenger though.

Yes! Perfect beer for a round of golf. No to worried about people who dont like it, they probably drink something I dont like, but you dont hear me telling them how terrible it is.

I like it on a hot day but I can only have a couple before I have to change to something less sweet.

I enjoy this one during the spring, but only for a short time. Seems to get old rather quickly.

I don't like it at all. The only Abita I like less is Mardi Gras Bock.

Wonder how this years batch will be , last years was better than the year before.
I enjoy the beer, but think the hysteria some people create around it is a bit much.

Guilty as charged.

Again, part of it for me is it usually signifies when I can start playing golf again, so that's partly why I get excited about. Not to mention I will hoard 2-3 cases for 4th of July weekend a my camp. It's hard to beat an ice chest full of Abita Strawberry while on a party barge when its 100 degrees out.

I can't drink 10 but 2-3 hits spot.

Ordered it for work yesterday so it should have came in today. I'm excited to pop one at work tomorrow.

I don't think disliking a poor quality product is a matter of "being a man" or not. I hate Abita Strawberry. I'm not masculine. I also don't have the most refined beer palate. I drink White Ales the most. Nothing too adventurous.
I think Abita Strawberry is bad.. and Covington Strawberry may be even worse.
I also don't eat strawberries if that helps.

Then it makes sense that you would not like a beer with Strawberry flavoring.

I want about 10 of them total for the season and then I'm done. I think its the time of year that people go crazy for. Kind of like a Louisiana Ground Hog Day. It means spring is here. And along with that comes crawfish boils, baseball, and girls in skimpy clothes.
It gets me on the Pavlovian effect.
