Why 16oz cans? I’d rather 12oz cans with a six pack instead of a four pack of 16oz cans.

Your retailer lied to you. I just picked some up at the brewery for $17.

Yeah, no way Parish is going to release a DIPA for Jucifer prices. Nor anyone, for that matter.

So, is braincake just dry hopped canebrake?

Same malt bill as canebrake, or did they adjust?

I can’t see the ABV as it blurs when I zoom in.

Is this a legit 8% DIPA, or is it less and Parish is just labeling it as one, like they labeled their 9%er a triple IPA?

Just noticed that the names rhyme. Coincidence?

I haven’t been by parish to get any and it hasn’t hit my local distro yet. How is this beer for those that have tried it ?

That all sounds great but to what extent will any of it be accessible to anyone outside the Lafayette area? Because if not, I don’t really give a frick. It’s just words not beer until I got it in my paws.

Can’t wait for the Great Raft fanboys to come in with but yeah, just wait for our new dry hopped black Pilsner with mayhaws!!! Best brewery in Louisiana!!!

What a weird post. Great Raft and Parish both make some fine beers.

No, it's an 8.4% hazy DIPA. It uses a big helping of wheat, but that's about where the similarities end.
