Pitched it as a Spanish Tapas party. Had some great Spanish wines from Phillipe's in Laf. Also had great help from Chef Cory Bahr and a famous Mecca waiter. Cory donated his time and effort to raise a bucket load of money for a man in need that he'll likely never meet. Great guy. Here are a few pics and I'll have to post a few times due to computer malfunction...or operator error.

That's an Iberico de Bellota jamon...bitchin' piece of pork. Did some garlic shrimp, a bunch of tapas with canned baby octopus and razor clams, too. Was a great time.

Well, my other post is missing. I love that fish. It's beautiful. What kinds of fish are those?

That Italian ham looks scrumptious. How many people were served?

The fish in the middle is a pompano...the two on the outside were something Cory had shipped in. Said Spaniards love em...they were excellent. I can't recall the the name.

We served 17.
