I've never had Pho before, but just had it there. Holy shite that was good. I got the beef brisket pho, daughter had the chicken.
Is this place really good or is good pho just simple to make?

I haven't been to the one in the Quarter but I do enjoy the original spot on the Westbank

To make it legit, boiling beef bones 6-8hrs.
If its the same owner as 9 Roses in the westbank, then they're good. Most Pho places in new orleans are good.
Ask for the extra large bowl.
Its a steal in n.o for $8-9/bowl.

No. It's not easy to make.
Lady I know, who's owned multiple Pho joints, has always cooked Pho for 20+ hours.
Is a 20hr broth easy in your opinion?

The original on the Wank has good pho but not my favorite.

Try some Bun Bo Hue for a different type of rice noodle soup. Its has a spicy flavor to it.

Time consuming doesn't really imply difficult though. It's fairly simple. Just labor intensive and lengthy
